Hola,

 

Después de mucho leer e intentar hacer redirecciones 301, CNAME... ¿alguien puede darme una solución para pasar de la url del portal del cliente

Pasar de https://team-15xxxxxxxxxxxxx.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals 

a

https://esciupf.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals

The new name must be free at Atlassian's cloud. Then open a support case for the site you want to change and keep in mind you need to prepare some domain-related updates for 3rd party tools connecting to your site. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
