We want to create a new request from an email, and send them an acknowledgement.
Does this have to Create a new Customer?
How do we have the ack/response NOT contain a link to our portal?
Sending an email won’t create a customer if you have it set to “customers my team adds” but then the ticket would only be created if the customer already exists. While you can edit the email notification you cannot remove the link to the portal.
