We have a number of Service Desk's in use and want to configure an additional SD for use by our HR team. I'd like to know whether we can restrict access to the content of their requests to only agents users of that project.
We'll create a separate project for this department, so I'm comfortable that agents outside that project won't have access to content. However, we have several 'ORG & SITE ADMIN' and whilst we'll be helping set up the desk, but once it's live we'd like to restrict access to the request content (myself included) to only agents. Is this possible?

Absolutely. You just need to set the permission of access in the Project settings > Permissions area.
Thanks for a super-fast reply, but I need a little more help, please...
I've created an Issue Security Scheme, set the Security Level with access restricted to Service Desk Team only. This is applied to the project as default scheme.
I've created a new Issue / request type which should have this security level applied (??), but I can still see the content. What am I missing??
