I have a need to set up an SLA who's target/goal is set by an engineer when they accept the work. I want them to commit to how long it will take them to fix an issue and I want to them be able to hold them to account. Is this possible?
Thanks for your reply, I've managed to sort it now.

I followed the instructions https://deviniti.com/support/addon/server/extension/latest/update-sla-to-date-post-function/ after installing the add on. Works perfectly.

That's exactly what I was going to recommend. We use the same add-on to set SLA due dates
