Can I use a different Knowledge Base URL in JIRA Service Desk?

I have linked Confluence to JIRA and using KB to a Service Desk. But now we have requirement to give different URL for Confluence for a different client in a secondary Service Desk URL. How can I set different URL to link the KB in the Service Desk? Is that possible?

Please help.

Jineesh,

If i'm getting you correctly, are you asking if you can change the URL of your KB and use it elsewhere? If yes, then the answer is NO.

Only one KB can be used per Service Desk.
