I am trying to set up automation within Jira Service Desk by having a feed of information from my HR Department which is created and dumped into a CSV, is it possible to create requests/tickets from the CSV file?
Hi @Jason Selby - Jira Service Desk automation feature doesn't support this. If you are wanting to fully automate this then consider using the Bob Swift Atlassian CLI. Here's an article that shows you how.
Of course you can manually import CSV in Jira with built-in functionality. Here's the page for that.
