Can Jira Service Management be hosted on an organization's cloud or only Atlassian's cloud?

We currently have on premise data center Jira Software and Confluence. 

Looking at Jira Service Management Product to add to our product suite. 

Can we host it on our on-premise, non-clustered data center?

Yes... you can certainly do that. There is a version for Data Center. It is a great addition to the environment and eminently flexible. I have used it for the usual tech requests but also for HR, Legal requests, AP, and workplace support.
