To make a long story short, we lost everything. All servers Jira was on. All servers Jira was backed up to. All servers the databases were on.
All we have is the helpdesk email inbox with marked as read messages from the other 10k issues we had. Is it feasible to get all tickets back into a new JIRA Service Desk environment from the emails alone?
Hi Mark,
even if you would re-read the mails all the answers, comments and all the stuff in between would be not be there anymore as they were not in mails but in database (which was lost).
From my point of view this is not so useful.
