Can a customer initiate a transition for an issue. For example approve and offer ?

I have a workflow where I would like the customer to accept and offer, hence transition the issue from waiting for the customer acceptance to start work.

Hello Birkir,

Any transition can appear in the customer portal for them to trigger it, you just cannot ask them to fill fields (at least by default). You have to activate this at workflow level, you can even let your customer approve transitions.
