Good morning!!
I have this issue. Yesterday an user told me that when he performed an action, an internal note was added as my behalf (admin) in his issue.
Checking automation rules I see 5 automation rules that were created 6 days ago, and they are all disabled.
is it possible that the rule are been executed although they are disabled?
they are shown in the global automation rules
Thanks in advance

not unless there is a bug. But remember that for JSD Cloud there are (currently) two forms of Automation: Automation (near the top of project settings) and Project Automation (at the bottom). The later being a result of acquisition of Codebarrel and Automation for Jira.
Thanks for the answer Jack.
Is there anyway that a set of automation rules can be created automatically?

Not to my knowledge. Have you inspected all automation rules including any Global rules (Project Automation). I have to believe there is a rule that is at the heart of this. Keep in mind that the rule may have been disabled after the event occurred.
