We have a scenario, where we will not provide customer to access JIRA portal. But we would allow customer to send mail for ticket creation.
We noticed that only when people are added to particular project, the requests sent via email are getting created as ticket in JIRA.
Is there any way to achieve ticket creation via mail without adding people into the project?
Please help to resolve this.
