Can i change URL from portal ?

I would like to know if there is a possibility to change the url of the customers' access portal to a url of their own?

Hi @aleff.silva , 

at the moment it is not possible to use Custom Domains on Jira Cloud. When it is available next year, it will be for the whole Jira instance and not only for the Customer Portal.

If you need custom domains now, you can have a look at the addon Refined for Jira : https://docs.refined.com/display/RS/Setting+up+your+Custom+Domain
