I can't create a new Service Desk project, the option just isn't there. I can not convert an existing project to Service Desk either.
I am an admin and I have tried modifying the application permissions. I have also tried reinstalling several times. Nothing works.
Also, I don't see any error messages in the logs that would indicate why I couldn't create a new SD project.
Please help!
