We have setup a distinct Confluence space as the knowledge base for a service desk portal. We add more and more articles to this space (with the name CKB).
This knowledge base space can be queried nicely and very quickly with the search on the portal, and we also get the links to relevant articles on tickets created on the service desk.
That awesome!
BUT now some some of our guys desire, that the service desk search does query not only against the CKB space - we actually would like to query against the CKB space plus another additional Confluence space (e.f. DOCS).
Can we do that?
Can we link 2 confluence spaces to service desk to use as kb?
