Can you create a Jira Service Desk report of the users with the top number of logged issues?

We want to track to see if we have repeat customers who are continually logging issues, to identify if there is additional training or support needed for that user/with that organization.  Is there a report or a query that I can create to see the reporter with a running total of issues?

Hey @Lindsay Czopur

You can do an issue statistics on a Dashboard. See images below. Create a filter of whatever info you want to get. Example ALL Open tickets, or ALL Closed Tickets. Let me know if you need any clarification on anything!

Thanks, @Brittany Wispell! Looks like we have a TON of reports though, so it makes the gadget really hard to display, although the data is exactly what I need. I was hoping to get this displayed cleanly in a report, but I'm not sure it's feasible.

You can also split it off by organization maybe? Although you would have to create a filter for each organization to view their individual reporters.

It might be something that you can take to a BI team if you have one and they could get you a report in some other form outside of the Jira system.

Maybe there is someone else in the community that will be able to give some guidance as well!
