Is it possible to have multiple service desk portals (one that requires a log-in and one that doesn't require a log-in)?
One of our teams already uses Jira service desk and people who submit an inquiry have to be logged in. We want to create a new portal that doesn't require the end user to log in and wanted to see if this was possible.
We are on Jira Data Center, if that info is needed.
Each Service desk can have its own portal--the feature you mention I believe is all or nothing system setting for Service Desk... so it might change the settings for both your Service Desk's. Here is the link to the admin documentation:
