We are working to upgrade to 4.5 and I'm wondering if we can use updatedBy() to build filters to show where a ticket was last updated by the Reporter. Or if I can use it in dashboards to show who last updated a ticket.
Thanks, but that didn't really answer the question. I did get it to work a little bit, but I want to add the field to filters and dashboards for viewing and the audit log is not accessible to most users.
