Canned Responses

Hi,

with native Jira Service Desk (no additional App), you can use canned responses as templates for service desk responses to customers as described here.

  1. Is it possible to add the current assignee display name as variable?
  2. Can you increase the number of results when searching for templates (currently seems that max 10 templates are shown)
  3. Can you relate templates to a custom field team or anything, or are they always global?

It looks like you're limited to those variables but there is a backlog item for this.
