I have a few issues that can not modify the value. I have permisions of admin.
And this problem is only with a few issues.
For example, for this issue SDEC-2121
The field organizations is not visible.
If I change to old view. I can see the field organizations
If I go to configure request type, I have the field int hte context fields
If I go to the view issue screen I have the field too.
Then I create an automation rule for change this value, Thinking that maybe I can do it.
But it didnt happend.
The audit log, have a message. "unknow filed set during edit they may be unavailable for the proyect.
I have more issues with this request type and I dont have this problem.
So I dont know where to setup.
Thank you
Hello Carlos,
Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community and thank you for sharing the screenshots.
It seems that you don’t have the permission to edit the issue and since the automation can’t edit the field as well, the atlassian-addons-project-access might not have the necessary permissions. I’m telling you this because on the screenshot from the old issue view you only have the option Comment and Admin on the top.
Please, go to the affected project and click on Project settings > Permissions.
Click on Actions > Edit permissions and make sure that the Project Role (Administrators) and atlassian-addons-project-access have all the permissions.
If the role Administrator has all the permissions, you must check if you were added to the project. As an administrator, you can access projects and tickets, but you must also be added to the project on the role Administrators.
Are customers able to share tickets with their organization through the portal?
Kind regards,
Angélica
