I'm facing the same problem today with many customers and not just one.

@Édpo César I didn't receive any error, nor did I have a pop-up or anything else.
It just that some members I added disapeared from the list after refreshing the page.
But, After some minutes I did find those users on the organization I added them to. pretty unexpected behavior
