Cant able to add customer to an organization

I'm facing the same problem today with many customers and not just one.

Can you please share what was the resolution for this problem?

@Édpo César I didn't receive any error, nor did I have a pop-up or anything else.

It just that some members I added disapeared from the list after refreshing the page.

But, After some minutes I did find those users on the organization I added them to. pretty unexpected behavior
