We are in the testing phase of our service management and on testing creating a case via email our case creation notification went out to all users in our organization.
We can't seem to find anywhere that a permission is set to notify all users. Additionally when we look under people we don't even see all our users present, only a hand full.
We looked in global settings and in the project under people. Anyone else have this issue and know where this setting could be located? Thanks in advance for any help.
