Change Approve Buttons Label on Email

I use Spanish translation for service desk 3.14.

The approval buttons doesn't change with translation. 

It keeps "Approve" & "Decline".

Do you know if there is a way to change it?

This is a known issue in Jira, there is a suggestion created in order to enable other languages in the approval button:

• Allow translation of Approve and Reject button

We recommend you to vote for this and also make yourself a watcher to receive further updates on the issue.

As for a workaround, I've looked for a way to change the field's text through the Velocity templates but I was not able to find any. My last suggestion is to check out the JEMH plugin to see if it provides a way to configure this template.
