Change Management - authorisation group

On a request for change.

How can you make sure the original form is completed fully before it is submitted? (dates are correct etc)

Can I create a standard Approvers list or group so when the change is accepted after review it adds this group to authorise?

Hi @Sam Desai 

You can validate during issue creation as follows:

1. Make fields required in your workflow transition 
2. add descriptions to all fields so that users know exactly what is expected.

After this, as you were wondering you can add an approval process similar to what’s present in Jira Service Management (formerly service desk). If your project is of this type, this makes things easier.
