Hi,
Is it possible to automatically change the "Solution" if the customer is not satisfied with the solution and reopens the issue?
At the moment I have an automation rule that reopens an issue if the autor comments after the issue was set to "solved". This works good.
The problem is that the issue field "solution" will remain on "done". Is it possible to change this field automatically to e.g. "not enough"?

Maybe you mean the Resolution field ?
You have to go to your workflow, open the "REOPEN" transition and add a postfunction>The Resolution of the issue will be (choose what you want)
