Hi,
We have an automation rule that reopens issues if the customer comment the issue.
How I can add to the rule that the Resolution will be set to "unresolved"?
At the moment the resolution stays at "done". The issues shows up in the "closed tasks" in the web portal which is not true.

You have to go to your workflow and add a postfunction in the transition from done to reopen and set the resolution field to your value.
