I have changed in Projects->Project Settings-> Notifications->Customer Notifications, the Template to use for e-mails. I've added text, removed text, sent a test e-mail when done. Received e-mail has format I want. But when a ticket gets opened/updated/etc the e-mail does not include the changes.
Where do I go to customize these e-mails?
Hello @gregory.nessinger welcome to the community. Looks like you are confusing the customer notifications (which you configured) with the agents notifications which can't be customized in cloud (and wouldn't recommend to customize much in server either)
