Hey Guys, i hope you can help me.

So I am testing out Jira Service Desk an I am trying to create a demo i can show my boss.

It is for educational purposes.

Can you tell me where i can change the top "buttons" and create new "actions with them?

The buttons are in fact transitions from one status to another. Which is the same in Jira Core, Jira Software and Jira Service Desk.

If you really want to convince your boss, I would really suggest to seek an Atlassian Solution partner to assist you. They can bring out the full potential of Service Desk. You can find them here: https://partnerdirectory.atlassian.com/?lang=en-us

And their are plenty German partners around Lohne.

yeah we are already using Jira in our company but my task is to configurate me a new Jira Instance for testing... 

Where can I change the transitions?

You would change the transitions and statuses in your workflow. Only a Jira (system) admin can do this. Quickest way to go to the workflow editor:

g+g > workflows > Find the workflow you are using > edit > Diagram
