Change name of who is shown to make change

So, when Jira makes a change trough its workflow (like changing to "waiting for costumer" after we add a comment to a issue) it will send out a notification email saying a user changed the status (tho this was done automatically). I know on some of our projects (that was set up before my time) we have a anonymous user as the one who does this, but in a later project I sat up it say I was the one who made the change.

Where can I change which user the system will say made the change?

I think you are dealing with some Automation rules here. Check to see what the “run as” is set to for these rules.
