Hello.
When we add a new costumer to Jira they recieve a email with the info that they have been added as well as a weblink to the servicedesk. However we do not wish for this link to be sent out as our SD is internal and thus not avalible outside our network.
From what ive been reading I need to go to JIRA\atlassian-jira\WEB-INF\classes\templates\email and change files there, but I am a bit unsure which one to change and what I need to remove.
Anyone else done this?

you' re referring to mails send from Jira.
Jira Service Desk uses own templates, which cannot be modified easily.
You might want to give:
