I have created a filter of my own and added columns Time to first resolution and Time to resolution in Jira Service Desk. When I attempt to export CSV (All Fields) and CSV ( Current Fields) I do not see Time to first resolution and Time to resolution in the excel export. We are using MS Office 365 ProPlus if that makes any difference.

I see that you are looking to find Service Desk field information like Time to resolution or SLA data in the CSV export that Jira can create for JQL issue searches.
This was a long time feature request that has just recently been implemented. You can see more details in JRASERVER-62457. This feature has only existed in the 7.13.1 and 8.0.0 versions and higher. What version of Jira are you using here?
Just wanted to check and see if perhaps upgrading to newer version of Jira might be able to provide you with this specific information in csv exports.
