Hi Miguel,
It's possible to block anyone from commenting on a closed ticket by adding a property in the workflow.
Please, follow the steps below:
1 - Navigate to your workflows page, find the desired workflow, on the right-hand side click Edit.
2 - On this screen click on Diagram, right next to Text > On the workflow click on "Closed" status > On the right pane click "Properties".
3 - On Property Key type:
jira.permission.comment.user
4 - And on Property value type:
denied
5 - Add.
6 - Right above "Property Key" header click "workflow steps", to get back to your workflow (or you can navigate back by going to Workflows > Edit on the right-hand side to your workflow's name).
7 - Click on Publish Draft.
Hope this helps!
Regards,
Angélica
