Confirming acceptance with electronic signature

Hello.

We use Jira Servicedesk for all case logging, including when users place orders for equipment and logging when computers/ect are handed out. We would like however to start using electronic signatures where the user confirms that they have recieved the hardware. Ive seen a couple plugins dealing with signatures, but from what I can see they seem to add it to where the signature is added at the beginning of a issue process, where I wish for it at the end.

As a example: A user orders a USB drive using a costume order form. IT recieves the case, prepares a stick and message the user that they can come collect it when they wish.

User come to IT, receives the item and then before leaving is prompted to sign in the case that they have received the stick. IT then close the issue.

Has anyone any experience with a plugin or a method to do this?
