Connecting Power BI to Jira Service Management

Hello,

I am Looking for a way to connect Jira Service Management to Power BI. I have done extensive research and found a few different posts with some details but incomplete.

Anyone has or knows where can I get a guide (step by step ) to connect to Jira from Power BI without having to pay for a connector (Not authorized to make purchases )?
