Hello,
we have some Jira Cloud accounts that we want to convert to Jira Service Desk customers. We used JIRA Core to colaborate with Customers, however now we are switching to JSD and want only our own Employees to have proper price accounts.
Those users already created some issues in the Customer Portal. Those issues should not get lost. So just re-creating the users as customers is not an option.
So how would we do that?
