Corporate URL for Cloud JSD instance

we are using JSD in the cloud.  Is it possible to front end the atlassian url with a corporate one like:  support.<companyname>.com?  We would need the IP address for the instance, so I am not sure if that is possible.

No, this is not possible yet.  Atlassian have the use of fully custom domains other than .atlassian.net on the to do list, but I don't know how far along with it they might be.
