Coudn't send request/raise a ticket from customer portal

Our customer was unable to raise a ticket. he keeps receiving this message error on his customer portal.jira issue 1.JPG

This is not common on the cloud but I found a similar question, Atlassian team member explained that:

Quoting Atlassian team member

" This issue usually happens when using a proxy or some browser extensions or some Internet security tools. 

Can you please check with your customer?

  1. Do the affected users have any browser add-on/extension or any security application installed on their machine that could cause this issue, or, do they use a proxy or a VPN?
  2. Ask the affected user(s) to check if they have the issue also when using:
    1. A private/incognito browser window
    2. a different browser
    3. a different computer on a different internet connection  

"
