Count of requests at one page

Hi folks,

need some suggestion. We've service desk project. in queue we can see only 13 or 15 requests per page, can i change it lets say up to 30 in one page? If yes, how?

Thanks so much for your question.

The default tickets per page is set at 50, this is not configurable. We currently have an open ticket here https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-1383, if you would like to see this feature added please vote on it.

Could you please verify that you have more than 15 tickets in your queue?
