Hello,
We need to create vm machine in azure with the help of Jira service desk, for aws we have this option the jira service desk is integrated with AWS service catalog and we achieved this.
Whether we can do the same in azure.
So our request is like
1. User request ticket in jira service desk to create the ec2 instance with type, tagging and ssh
2. Then it will go to manager approval once manager approved the jira service desk will create the ec2 instance with the help of AWS service catalog
Like the above can we achieve in azure.
So the main goal is to create vm machine using jira service desk either using terraform script or jenkins or any other tools.
Hello @Prem Pandian
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Can you please provide us with the Azure application that is equivalent to the AWS service catalog and allow the creation of VMs?
This kind of integration is not inbuilt in Jira Application. Instead, it's usually provided by a connector of the own vendor in our Atlassian marketplace, as the own AWS Service catalog:
Please, take a look at our marketplace portal and check if you find the connector you are looking for.
