Create live average time report

Dear I need to create a report that shows me the average time, live, that have the incidents that are open. Thank you for your answers.

Hello @Javier Carmona 

You can try Time in Status for Jira Cloud. It generates an Average Time report, which shows average time issues have been spending in statuses during a specific period. 

This add-on also generates a report of how long an issue has been staying in each status. And you have the ability to create Status Group to add time about all statuses you need.
