I am creating a custom notification and after referencing the article below, I see there should be a number of recipient options, including Approvers (which I am interested in):
However, my version only offers "Reporter (customer)" and "Customers involved" No other recipient selection is possible.
I am missing something here. I'm using the Cloud version.

But currently depending on what "When" Trigger option is selected, the To field will have different available groupings, this also could use a bit more clarification so I put together another Suggestion for a Documentation update to provide additional clarification for these settings, Please keep an eye on this one as well:
