I have tried to setup a Customer Portal but have there are a lot of different problems.
I had setuped a "standard" Jira, added a low of needed Behavior scripts
Then go to setup Customer Portal. In the Behavior setting I added mapping for the Customer Portal as well.
What I can see on the Customer Portal:
1. when I try to create a new request - sometime requests are not created. In the Console I can see there are a lot of errors
2. when I click on the button Create (on the Customer Portal) information in the fields are cleared!
Could you help me to solve it?

Without additional information we can't help you. You have to provide screenshots, as well as the behavior script and mapping you've done. We need to know more :)
