Hi there
We have added a customer that has access to our service desk help center and can create tickets. Now the customer wants to create tickets through the Service Desk API but is facing Authorization issues and gets back a 401 on the API.
Can anyone help out how this should work?

They will have to use a Cloud API token and will likely need to check out Developer API documentation. Cheers!
