I have added external customer e-mail address in JIRA Service desk project. When customer tried to login first time, customer chose 'Forgot password' to recover password and then login. However password recovery link is not sent inspite of trying it for many time.
Instead after few attempts, customer received a mail from address no-reply@auth0user.net
which mentions that customer e-mail is blocked due to several attempts
Exact message is
We detected suspicious activity in your cads-prod-d208a622-8725-4fb1-9e6a-eb2242ed1adb account.
If this is your IP address follow the Unblock link. Otherwise disregard this email.
And unblock link is sent in mail. Now we are not sure if this has got to do with JIRA or something else. However in anycase, customer has not received any mail to reset account password inspite of many attempts.
Has anyone faced similar issue ? OR any solution suggested to recover password.
