I have a client who tried to log a ticket. The error Unfortunately, you don't have permissions to create attachments came up.
I checked our permission and it looks like attachments are enabled on the portal.
This is the only customer who's had this issue.
Suggestions?
Sometimes browsers have a bad day, it can happen with everyone.
Try another browser or delete the saved data of the actual JSD instance. (cookies)
I've had the same problem as Katherine had. But clearing cache or cookies didn't help in my case
