Hi, I am using JIRA ServiceDesk and anyone with Customer role can not select employee_names from user picker box while i am as an admin can do that.
is it because they are customer license and dont have access to select users or some error i did in configurations , kindly help
is it same with cloud also ?

As far as i know, in order to edit a issue/ticket, you need to be a agent within Service Desk.
Even if it's your own ticket, you would only be able to assign people who are agents aswell.
