Hi All!!!
I have this issue that a customer has reported recently.
this user used to see a project in service desk portal, and now he is not seeing it.
I have review the permissions but i do not see anything strange.
What do you consider I should look for?

@Rosana Casilli , was the customer removed from the role?
Did the customer permissions about 'who can raise requests' changed? -> https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/change-project-customer-permissions/
