Can a customer add an attachment in customer portal once a ticket has been submitted?

Hi @larias , 

 

a customer can always access its requests in the portal, and then add a comment with an attachment after it was created.

You can access your requests on the portal, on the top right side.

By the way, to add an attachment you can drag and drop a file in the comment box as you can see here :
