Customer taking too long to be created.

When creating a new customer on https://xxxxx.atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/xxxxxx/customers it used to take around 20 seconds for them to be available in the Reporter list. Over the last several days the time to creation has increased dramatically taking anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour.

Has anyone else noticed this issue? Has something changed with Jira?

Hi Joel,

I have see some interesting Community post about having issues creating customers recently. I have to wonder if this is a newly introduced issue. I would recommend reporting to Atlassian Support.
