I know this is not the first time this question has been raised, but I have not seen a viable solution to this problem yet. We are running a service desk where many customers are submitting tickets through the customer portal. The service desk technicians need to be able to attach documents to the tickets from the customers. Currently when a technician attaches a document, and selects share with customer, nothing appears in the portal. Even if you use the [^filename.docx] format in the comments, it only shows in the document name as a text. I have tried multiple file types, and the result has not changed. Currently I have the attachment field added to the Request Types in the customer portal, and the field is visible upon initial creation. I have also allowed the customer portal to have creation and deletion permissions in the permission scheme. I also tried adding the reporter to these permissions, since the customer would be acting as the reporter, but still no luck. Please see the Attachments. Any help would be appreciated.
