I want to change the Satisfaction rating content..
In the survey email for the 5 stars we have different content for each stars, I want to change that ( Which is marked in yellow in the attached Image) ..
under the first star I want Bad, for 2nd start poor....
How to customize the content. Thanks in advance.

I have one more query..I would be happy if we have a solution for it.
I want to remove the Line, Shared with email and the powered by servicedesk..(Content which is marked in red)
Can we achieve this..Hope we can do this.

Hi Madhu, it’s possible to remove both.
Please, go to Project settings > Customer notifications > Edit templates.
On this screen, you will be able to edit the HTML and CSS of the notifications.
You can remove the variables below:
${request.sharedwith}
${helpcenter.name}
${atlassian.url}
Also, remove the CSS class for the marker:
.jsd-reply-marker

This helps me a lot. I have managed to remove Shared with customer, Help center name, Atlassian URL. But I am unable to remove ------- lines from the email.
Attached screenshots of all HTML,CSS,plain text pages.. Please let me know if I missed anything.

Can you test sending a test email directly from the template's page?
There is an option "Send me a test email" on this page which we can see if those changes worked.
Is there any other Service Desk project where you can test removing the .jsd-reply-marker class to see if it works?
